Oysters Beef & Burgundy August
To celebrate peak oyster season. This August enjoy three different varities of oysters in their prime from the South Coast of NSW followed by beef – braised wagyu brisket with roasted garlic, bone marrow and glazed carrot and a glass of Burgundy 2009 Domaine Jerome Chezeaux Bourgogne Rouge. $79 with half dozen oysters $95 with one dozen oysters.
