Sous Chef, Chef de Partie & Commis Chef
We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef, Pastry Chef, Commis Chef & Chef de Partie under the Direction of Logan Campbell. You must be a team player who is highly motivated, dedicated and have demonstrated experience in the role you are applying for. These positions are available to commence as soon as possible.
We are currently looking for waiters and waitresses with a good knowledge of food and wine however fine dining experience not necessary, training will be provided for the right candidate. We are currently recruiting for Kitchen Attendants to ensure that the kitchen and food preparation areas are maintained and cleaned to an excellent standard. You will assist in the setup, operation and clean-up of the kitchen and maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils to the highest standard to ensure a clean and safe work place environment at all times.
