Jonah’s now has an exciting opening for an experienced fulltime Assistant Sommelier, reporting to the Head Sommelier this is primarily a service-focused role, with a small amount of administration. It includes some responsibility for purchasing, and a degree of input into the content of the wine list. In the absence of the Head Sommelier, this position assumes responsibility for the wine list, service of all beverages, and liquor stock management.
Assistant Restaurant Manager
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant Manager this extremely hands-on position is responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in the hands on, day-to-day, smooth and efficient operation of the award winning Restaurant and Bar; including associated staff and facilities to ensure maximum revenues and standards are achieved whilst offering outstanding customer service and exceeding the customer’s expectations.
Sous Chef, Chef de Partie & Commis Chef
We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef, Pastry Chef, Commis Chef & Chef de Partie under the Direction of Logan Campbell. You must be a team player who is highly motivated, dedicated and have demonstrated experience in the role you are applying for. These positions are available to commence as soon as possible.
