Assistant Restaurant Manager

Jonah’s now has an exciting opening for an experienced fulltime Assistant Restaurant Manager. Working in conjunction with the Restaurant Manager, this position supervises, oversees and looks for ways to continuously improve the provision of food and beverage service in the Restaurant to ensure delivery of the highest quality product and service at all times.

Stores and Maintenance Attendant

Jonah’s now has an exciting opportunity available for a Stores & Maintenance Attendant to join our team on a fulltime basis. This position provides accurate ordering, receipt, dispatch and storage of food and beverage stock and provides an efficient and effective stock control service. This is a fulltime role.

Assistant Sommelier

Jonah’s now has an exciting opening for an experienced fulltime Assistant Sommelier, reporting to the Head Sommelier this is primarily a service-focused role, with a small amount of administration. It includes some responsibility for purchasing, and a degree of input into the content of the wine list. In the absence of the Head Sommelier, this position assumes responsibility for the wine list, service of all beverages, and liquor stock management.

Sous Chef, Chef de Partie & Commis Chef

We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef, Pastry Chef, Commis Chef & Chef de Partie under the Direction of Logan Campbell. You must be a team player who is highly motivated, dedicated and have demonstrated experience in the role you are applying for. These positions are available to commence as soon as possible.


We are currently looking for waiters and waitresses with a good knowledge of food and wine however fine dining experience not necessary, training will be provided for the right candidate.
