Autumn Menu

Executive Chef Peter Ridland launched his new Autumn Menu on the weekend with dishes such as Alaskan King Crab Crab salad, avocado puree, fennel, coriander, coconut and passionfruit dressing, Berkshire Pork, NSW Belly and loin, scallop, pickled pumpkin, potato fondant, fennel and coriander salt and Éclair, salted caramel popcorn, confit lemon, rhubarb, and yoghurt sorbet. Book Launch

We celebrated the launch of Icons book at Jonah’s on Saturday 22nd March with the local Federal Member, Bronwyn Bishop. Taste of Sydney

For four days from the 13th – 16th March 2014, The World’s Greatest Restaurant Festival returns to the stunning surrounds of Centennial Park. Jonah’s is excited to part of this foodie festival and will be participating as a destination restaurant on Saturday 15th March. Executive Chef Peter Ridland will be showcasing three exciting dishes plus a special Icon dish drawing inspiration from one of our most popular dishes at Jonah’s ‘fruits de mer’.
