Front Office Manager – Full Time

Seeking an experienced hospitality professional for the position of Front Office Manager at our 5-star boutique hotel.

Reporting to the General Manager and responsible for the management of all front office services, you will passionately lead our front office team with an exceptional level of customer service,

A minimum of 1 – 2 yrs Front Office Management experience in a resort/ hotel is essential. Working hours are based on a 7 day rotating roster and you must be available to work weekends and/or public holidays as required.
Excellent grooming standards are essential.

Concierge/Receptionist

Seeking an experienced, warm and outgoing hospitality professional for concierge/ reception duties who is driven to deliver outstanding customer service, exceeds customers’ expectations and creates a positive, lasting impression on our guests.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, in this dual role of Concierge and Front Office Receptionist, you will be part of our small but efficient front office team, providing an excellent standard of customer service to all of our guests. As the first person to greet our guests, your customer service skills must be outstanding.  It will be your responsibility to be available to our guests, provide support and make any necessary arrangements as required.
 
Working hours are based on a 7-day rotating roster and you must be available to work weekends, public holidays and a combination of early and late shift (please only apply if available).
Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel/resort is preferred.
