Concierge/Receptionist

Seeking an experienced, warm and outgoing hospitality professional for concierge/ reception duties who is driven to deliver outstanding customer service, exceeds customers’ expectations and creates a positive, lasting impression on our guests.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, in this dual role of Concierge and Front Office Receptionist, you will be part of our small but efficient front office team, providing an excellent standard of customer service to all of our guests. As the first person to greet our guests, your customer service skills must be outstanding.  It will be your responsibility to be available to our guests, provide support and make any necessary arrangements as required.

Working hours are based on a 7-day rotating roster and you must be available to work weekends, public holidays and a combination of early and late shift (please only apply if available).
Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel/resort is preferred.

Pastry Chef & Chef de Partie

We are currently recruiting for a Pastry Chef & Chef de Partie. You must be a team player who is highly motivated, dedicated and have demonstrated experience in the role you are applying for. Controlling a section of the kitchen, you will be responsible for: assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with all aspects of kitchen operations, preparing, cooking and presenting a variety of a la carte dishes to the highest standard, developing and enforcing service, presentation and operational standards, ensuring consistency and quality at all times, assisting in menu planning, development and costing, ordering stock, kitchen supplies and equipment and control all stock levels where required, assisting with ongoing staff training and development, receiving, signing and accounting for supplies and deliveries. Sous Chef

Respondibilities include: Prepare and cook high quality food according to Jonah’s guidelines, quality and standards, supervising apprentices and kitchen hands, Ordering food, kitchen supplies and equipment as required, receiving and accounting for supplies and deliveries, assisting in the development of positive in house relations between front of house personnel and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Waitstaff
