A Winning Melbourne Cup Day at Jonah’s 2019

The early morning showers didn’t stop our annual Melbourne Cup event at Jonah’s from going off with a bang this year. On November 5th guests attended in style with races fashion, ready for a day of long lunching and celebrations. The mid-week soiree began on our clifftop terrace overlooking Whale Beach, with a stunning Spring Summer fashion showcase from CAMILLA .
Champagne Bollinger was served from our outdoor Bollinger cart with live acoustic performances into the afternoon.
A delicious three course menu created by talented Executive Chef Matteo Zamboni was served, showcasing some of Australia’s finest fresh seafood and produce.
We had many guests getting into the spirit of the day with our in house TAB betting and sweepstakes. The live screening of the race was a highlight for all.
Some of those who didn’t win big on the race definitely won big in prizes. We sent a number of lucky guests home with items from our generous sponsors including bottles of champagne from Champagne Bollinger, a coffee machine from Vittoria Coffee, lovely skin products from Molton Brown, and a stunning kaftan and clutch from Camilla.
