Vinyasa means ‘breath synchronised movement’. This style of Yoga is a series of poses which combine inhaling and exhaling with smooth flowing movements – this is why it is referred to as ‘Flow’.

Hatha describes the physical practise of Yoga. The slow pace makes this style an ideal place to learn basic poses whilst building inner strength.

As an alternative option Stretch & Tone sessions blend stretching movements with graceful control to tone, invigorate and energise the body – developing core strength – ease and openness in the joints – for a flexible well balanced body.
