As a proud member of Relais & Chateaux we are very pleased to announce that we will be celebrating 60 Years of Relais & Chateaux during the month of September. Executive Chef Peter Ridland has created a 6 course Degustation Menu and for those who wish to enjoy matched wines, Head Sommelier Christian Baeppler has perfectly matched wines with each course. Every couple will receive a copy of our coffee table book Icons – A celebration of Sydney’s far Northern Beaches.
We’re excited to be celebrating Australian Truffles at Jonah’s..and have received our first delivery of Australian Black Truffles from Manjimup WA. Guests can enjoy shaved truffle with recommended dishes when dining in the Restaurant during truffle season.
We celebrated the launch of Icons book at Jonah’s on Saturday 22nd March with the local Federal Member, Bronwyn Bishop. This beautifully crafted book with spectacular photography has been written by local authors John and Terri Ayliffe. The book is a celebration of an iconic part of Sydney – the far Northern Beaches. For four days from the 13th – 16th March 2014, The World’s Greatest Restaurant Festival returns to the stunning surrounds of Centennial Park. Jonah’s is excited to part of this foodie festival and will be participating as a destination restaurant on Saturday 15th March. Executive Chef Peter Ridland will be showcasing three exciting dishes plus a special Icon dish drawing inspiration from one of our most popular dishes at Jonah’s ‘fruits de mer’.
