Autumn Menu

Executive Chef Peter Ridland launched his new Autumn Menu on the weekend with dishes such as Alaskan King Crab Crab salad, avocado puree, fennel, coriander, coconut and passionfruit dressing, Berkshire Pork, NSW Belly and loin, scallop, pickled pumpkin, potato fondant, fennel and coriander salt and Éclair, salted caramel popcorn, confit lemon, rhubarb, and yoghurt sorbet.
